THE CRISIS WHEEL
We have developed a rigorous methodological approach across the three crisis phases and represent it in a visual map we call the “Crisis Wheel”®.
We offer clients a full range of highly curated products and services across preparation, response and recovery. We support clients at any time and in any phase of the cycle: clients can decide to undertake full programs or alternatively select the products or services they need.
In developing crisis preparedness cultural transformation programs we follow the continuous improvement cycle developed by the Business Continuity Institute. Preparation programs developed for clients follow ISO 22301:2012 (Business Continuity Management) standards. Program development and implementation also follow the “best practice guidelines” for crisis management established by the BCI.
