We are pleased to start the new year welcoming a new client: a major Italian airport management company. During the pandemic crisis the client realized that one thing is managing an emergency at the airport, an event for which it is well prepared, and quite another to manage a crisis.
Starting next week we will start working side by side with the client to build a “crisis-sensitive” corporate culture.
Each client represents for us a new challenge and a fresh start. Through our proprietary methodology we develop specific and articulated crisis management and crisis communication programs. We do not believe in “a one fits all” standardized model but in a flexible methodology through which we develop crisis procedures, training programs and activities based on each client’s specific peculiarities.
