TT&A Role Playing Team
Realism That Makes the Difference
Drills and simulations are essential tools in crisis preparedness. But what truly makes them effective is realism.
That’s why, in collaboration with the Department of Psychology – Emergency Psychology Unit at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, we created a one-of-a-kind team in Italy: the TT&A Role Playing Team.
Made up of psychology graduates specially trained using the PSYCH EM Profiling methodology, the team completed a 40-hour experiential course in 2024 to become professional role players in emergency scenarios.
Today, the TT&A Role Playing Team is a key asset for organizations seeking to elevate their simulation activities — particularly in preparing for Family Assistance protocols.
Because in the most delicate moments, every detail matters.
