In a few days I will have the pleasure of meeting with Patrick Lagadec to discuss crisis management.
During the past decade crises seem to have become more frequent, more intense and complex to manage. Even in Italy. Costa Concordia, MPS, Autostrade are just 3 well know examples. Why are crises more frequent intense and complex? What are we to expect for the decade that just started?
In an attempt to find some answers to these questions we have organized in collaboration with the Lamberti Group a seminar called "Navigating the uncertain and stormy sea of crisis". The closed door by invitation only event is schedule in the coming days and is reserved for top management.
Together with Patrick Lagadec, researcher and world renowned crisis management expert we will first look at recent crises and then open a dialogue with participants.
The seminar is part of the "Sharing Knowledge" events we regularly develop and organize with and for our clients.
