TT&A Role Playing Team Takes Part in a High-Impact Full-Scale Simulation

Over the past few days, we have been working on finalizing the briefing documents for our TT&A Role Playing Team. On Friday, May 24, we will be fully engaged in the full-scale simulation organized by one of Italy’s leading airport operators.
During the simulation, which will take place overnight, our Role Players will act as relatives and friends of the passengers involved, testing the dedicated assistance teams and interacting directly with the Airport Contact Team.
At the end of the exercise, we will take part in a hot debrief session to analyze the key takeaways and contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures in emergency situations.
We are proud to have been selected for this important training initiative and to offer the expertise and sensitivity of our Role Players, who are specifically trained to manage such delicate scenarios.
